OXFORD city councillors are set to decide tonight on a bid for extended opening hours at the O2 Academy in Cowley Road, and plans for an extension at Oxford University Press in Walton Street. The planning committee meeting, which is open to the public, is at the Town Hall, St Aldate's, at 6pm.
