An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire in Headington.
The fire started in a bin storage area for flats in Colemans Hill at around 9pm on Sunday. Any witnesses should call Oxford CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
