Geri Halliwell was out to prove she is no wannabe with at the Oxford Union.
The ex-Spice Girl spoke at the institution last night, following in the footsteps of former Prime Minister David Lloyd George, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Professor Stephen Hawking.
She gave a short speech to students which followed by questions.
As well as being a pop star, Ms Halliwell, 39, has become a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador and campaigned on maternal health issues in counties such as Zambia and Nepal.
