Songs penned by Gilbert and Sullivan will be Banbury Operatic Society's next production - here and in Germany.
The show, Mr Gilbert and Mr Sullivan's Evening of Songs and Snatches, is being performed on Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday at Wykham Hall, Banbury School.
After the final performance, the cast, crew, costumes, scenery and orchestra head for Germany to perform in the 25th anniversary celebrations of the link between Banbury and twin town Hennef.
The show will feature songs from productions such as The Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, Patience, The Gondoliers, Princess Ida, Yeoman of the Guard and Trial by Jury.
