OXON: People living in rural areas in the county are among those enjoying the best quality of life in the UK, according to a new study.
The South dominated the list in the Halifax Rural Area’s Quality of Life survey, which examined local authority districts in terms of employment, the housing market, education and health.
Out of the top 50 in the study, South Oxfordshire came 12th, with Vale of White Horse 16th and West Oxfordshire 24th. East Cambridgeshire came top.
