OXFORD: Playing easy-going and classical music to surgery patients can improve their healing, research at the John Radcliffe Hospital has found.
Experts at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery analysed data from 96 patients split into two groups.
They found the group who were played music during theatre had less anxiety, which could help improve the time it took them to heal.
