ABIGAIL Ryan is a little more than a year old, but she can say she is the second best in the world at playing Pooh Sticks.
The tot from Benson was one of hundreds who took part in the annual world championships in Little Wittenham yesterday.
The game, which involves racing floating sticks down stream, was played by Winnie the Pooh in the children’s story books.
Abigail’s dad Nick Ryan, 34, said: “She is runner-up in the world championships of Pooh Sticks at 13 months.
“She is very proud of herself.”
The competition is organised by the Rotary Club of Oxford Spires and held at Day’s Lock along the River Thames close to the Earth Trust Centre.
