Chris Dunbabin, 29, of Montgomery Road, Caversfield, admitted possessing cocaine in Bicester on February 19. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Barney Foster, 41, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Sinclair Avenue, Banbury, on January 22. Had 113 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107 milligrams. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
Darren James, 30 , of Lambs Crescent, Banbury, admitted producing cannabis in Banbury on November 21 last year. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.
Stevie Jones, 21, of Prospect Road, Banbury, admitted assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of immediate violence in Banbury on November 20 last year. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and £50 compensation.

Ernest Murawski, 25, of Albert Street, Banbury, admitted going equipped for theft in Banbury on February 24. Jailed for 16 days and told to pay £85 costs.
Gary Pidduck, 23, of Wykham Place, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Banbury High Street on February 25. Had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
Scott Shugrue, 43, of Myers Way, Charlton, Banbury, convicted of driving without due care and attention on the A4260 Oxford Road in Deddington on September 21 last year. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given five points.
Jay Stevens, 32, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on October 2 last year. Given a year’s supervision order and a two-year restraining order. Told to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.
Naser Obeid-Amarabad, 24, of Temple Street, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on September 15 last year. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.
Michael Waldron, 56, of Valentia Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A40 at Forest Hill on December 4 last year. Had 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £330, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 15 months.
Paul Jones, 33, of Dirac Place, Didcot, admitted assault by beating in Didcot on September 3. Fined £125, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.
