James Ewins, 28, of Stanway Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by attending a Headington address he was prohibited from visiting on February 19. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given a one-year restraining order.
Craig Young, 24, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Abingdon on January 19. Fined £95, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and £20 compensation.
Bridget Doran, 26, of The Caravan Site, Station Approach, Banbury, admitted shoplifting £211.93 of bedding from Dunelm Mill in Banbury on December 8 last year. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
Dean Doyle, 28, of Seven Acres, Thame, admitted driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, obstructing a police officer and failing to provide a roadside breath test on the A418 near the M40 Oxford Services on October 24 last year. Jailed for 12 weeks and banned from driving for 52 months.
Andrew Careford, 29, of Ash Grove, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a bottle of vodka valued at £13 from the Co-op supermarket in London Road, Headington, on November 26 last year. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.
Adam Froud, 23, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted possessing cannabis in Abingdon on December 8 last year. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.
Helen Cooper, 43, of Apley Way, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Milestone Road, Carterton, on February 9. Had 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
Scott Weddell, 33, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a restraining order by being in the centre of Berinsfield on March 8. Jailed for six months.
Muhktar Hamid, 37, of Aston Street, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence, driving without insurance and drink-driving in Oxford High Street on January 15. Had 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
