OXFORD: Joanne Moriarty, 29, appeared at the city’s crown court yesterday accused of murdering Denis Witney.
Moriarty, of Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, was charged last week over the death of Mr Witney.
The 39-year-old was found dying in St Clement’s Street, on November 9 last year.
Moriarty did not enter a plea and was remanded in custody until Monday, April 16. Wayne Cattell, 36, also of Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, and Daniel McCollin, 30, of Blay Close, Blackbird Leys, have previously been charged with murder.
