A 26-year-old man has been cleared of raping a woman near Cogges Farm.

Mark Just was unanimously acquitted by jurors of two charges at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.

Mr Just said he had sex with the woman but it was consensual.

Jurors had heard another man, Mr Just’s cousin Patrick Juste, was also involved in the incident on May 13.

Reporting restrictions had been in place during the trial, but it can now be reported that a charge of rape against Mr Juste was dropped last year.
