Nicola Agnew, 34, of Maple Hatch Close, Godalming, Surrey, admitted assault by beating in Abingdon on February 13. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge, deemed paid by detention in the courthouse until the end of the day.
Nicola Conlon, 36, of Course Hill Lane, Ducklington, admitted driving without due care and attention on the A420 at Faringdon on September 2. Fined £180, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Four penalty points.
Peter Bulle, 31, of Mills Road, Wolverhampton, admitted stealing copper piping and a cooker valued at £230 in Oxford on October 2. Fined £125, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £250 compensation.
Richard Denton, 28, of Coriander Way, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a newspaper from Co-op in Cowley Road, Oxford, and assault by beating on February 26, 2011. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on December 6 and breaching a football banning order in Oxford on August 16. Given a three-month jail term, suspended for a year, due to “sustained assault – headbutt and then further punching, others had to intervene”. Told to do 100 hours’ unpaid work and pay £200 compensation and £310 costs.
Ian Kimber, 28, of Merewood Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after an accident in London Road, Headington, on August 23. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and banned from driving for three months.
Osman Rana, 18, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted aggravated vehicle taking, driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance and driving without a licence in Oxford on January 6, 2011. Also admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in Oxford on September 9. Given 200 hours’ unpaid work and banned from driving for a year. Told to pay £100 compensation and £50 costs.
Emma Craft, 21, of Leiden Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a dangerous dog, a pitbull terrier, in Oxford, on May 18. Fined £125, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. The dog was destroyed.
Paval Frolov, 22, of Beech Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance, without a licence and drink-driving in Marston Road, Oxford, on January 14. Had 93 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £180, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.
Lisa Griffiths, 24, of Greengates, Faringdon, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance in Ormond Road, Wantage, on January 7. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
Lynsey Bishop, 31, of HMP Drake Hall, Stafford, admitted shoplifting make-up valued at £1,141.21 from Superdrug in Abingdon on December 2. Jailed for 28 days.
Travis Fraser, 20, of Harwood Road, East Hagbourne, admitted drink-driving in Western Road, Oxford, on January 1. Had 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £160, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
Michael Trinder, 21, of Corunna Crescent, Oxford, admitted shoplifting four mascaras valued at £16.36 from Superdrug in Oxford on December 28. Fined £70 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Daniel Waters, 19, of Brynwern, Pontypool, Gwent, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Ardington on October 18 and failing to surrender to court bail on November 21. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.
Rimas Sadauskas, 24, of Long Lane, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention and without insurance on the A34 at Abingdon on October 14. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six penalty points.
Darren Wiggins, 40, of Upper Field, Chinnor, admitted shoplifting children’s toys from Martins Newsagent in Thame on August 27 and shoplifting two meat steaks valued at £19.98 from BP in Thames on October 27. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
