SWEETT Group, the international property and infrastructure consultancy has opened an Oxford office.
The group has been operating in the Midlands from its Birmingham base for more than 30 years and the move comes as a result of recent project appointments in the Oxfordshire region.
Sweett Group has delivered a number of high profile projects in the county including John Payne Building at Oxford Brookes University.
More recently, the company was appointed to provide project management services on the redevelopment of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, situated next to Magdalen College, in Oxford.
Derek Pitcher, managing director, Europe, said: “Oxfordshire’s geographic location, combined with its thriving business community, make it an ideal place from which to do business.”
The new office is located in Clarendon House, Cornmarket Street and will have six staff.
