A 25-year-old man from Witney has been arrested over accusations of fraud involving Help for Heroes charity money.
He was arrested on Sunday morning in Witney on suspicion of fraud in connection with alleged theft of charity money which was collected in Oxford city centre between January and March.
He has been released on bail until April 25.
