FIRE crews were called out twice to a house outside Oxford after arsonists started a blaze.
Firefighters went to the house in Kennington Road, Kennington, at 3.30am on Sunday and left at 5.30am.
But they were forced to return at 8.30am, after the blaze started again in the remains of the roof.
Neighbours gathered outside their homes to watch as firefighters dampened down the flames.
Firefighters and police have launched an investigation into the cause of the blaze at the house, which has been empty since last July.
