WE wish Jet Black, drummer with legendary band The Stranglers, a quick and full recovery from a severe chest infection.
Black, real name Brian Duffy, was taken to hospital after becoming unwell before the band’s show at Oxford’s O2 on Monday night.
Some heartening news was that Black was able to swear at his band mates when they popped in to visit him.
Seems like the 74-year-old, who’s been dogged by ill-health since 2007, is back in good spirits and will soon be back behind his drumkit.
