I’M hardly a supporter of Prime Minister David Cameron, but who could disagree with his recent comments about Syria “butchering its own people” and “they will face a day of reckoning”.
I really hope he has the same feelings regards the peoples of Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine.
I also wonder just what he said to the Bahraini King Hamad Al-Khalifa when they met in Downing Street in December.

Hundreds have been killed, injured, arrested or lost employment because of their civil disobedience.
Back to our good old friends the Saudis. Now they have banned women athletes from competing in the London Olympics.
And in another embarrassing aside, ex-Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner John Yates, who resigned over the Murdoch phone hacking scandal, is advising the Bahrainis regards discord on their streets.
As far as he is concerned, they are not in a “Spring Revolution” but causing vandalism and rioting on the streets. Just more evidence that our establishment is rife with distortions and hypocrisy and none more so than emanates from 10 Downing Street TIM W SIRET, Millmoor Crescent, Eynsham
