OXFORD: A man found with £21,000 of cocaine has been forced to pay back £450.
Sarfraz Ali was jailed for four and a half years last month but was back at Oxford Crown Court yesterday for a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing.
The 30-year-old, of East Field Close, Headington, was found to have benefited to the tune of £11,430 but has just £450 to pay back.
