A ROMAN Catholic priest convicted of sexually abusing boys will be sentenced today.
Alexander Bede Walsh, a former priest at St John The Evangelist Church, in Banbury, was found guilty of 21 sex offences by jurors at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on February 7.
The 58-year-old, from Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire, abused boys, aged eight to 16, in the 1970s, 80s and 90s.
