OXFORD: The Apprentice finalist Claire Young will spend today at the Cherwell School after a group of fundraising youngsters ‘won’ her for the day.
Ms Young, who reached the final of the BBC show in 2008, will talk to business studies students about marketing, give advice to the school’s enterprise groups and make some short videos on business topics for the school to use throughout the year.
A team of Year 11 students won a competition run by the Schools Network after raising £1,760 towards providing a library in south-east Asia with their prize being Ms Young.
