SO graffiti artists are blooming again.
It escapes me why scribbling on walls should be a way of making a mark on life and at significant cost to ratepayers.
There are only two I have seen which had some wit.
The first, outside Paddington station which read ‘Far away is near at hand in images of elsewhere’ (no prizes for the answer).
And the second was ‘Hitler is alive and well and living in Horspath’.
