NOT sure where to put all those S Club Juniors CDs and Police Academy DVDs?

Now you can purge your music and movie collection without worrying about the environmental cost thanks to a new service.

Residents can now recycle CDs, DVDs and books at Redbridge Alkerton, Dix, Drayton, Oakley Wood and Stanford in the Vale recycling centres.

Oxfordshire County Council service development officer Becky Lane said four tonnes had been taken away and resold already.

She said: “The response has been great, they are filling up quickly.”
