Appointed: Janet Beer
OXFORD Brookes University announced this morning that it has appointed Professor Janet Beer as its new Vice Chancellor.
The Pro Vice Chancellor of Manchester Metropolitan University, who is also a special adviser in higher education to the House of Commons Select Committee on Education and Skills, takes over from Prof Graham Upton, who is retiring.
