A man was struck and killed by a train near Wolvercote in Oxford this afternoon.
Services were delayed by up to 90 minutes between Oxford and Banbury and on the Cotswold Line to Worcester.
The body was discovered near the Godstow Road bridge at 2.15pm and British Transport Police are investigating.
Trains started running again shortly after 4pm.
