A THIRD man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following an incident on the Barton estate, Oxford, on September 23.
The 24-year-old man is in police custody. Two men also arrested in connection with the incident are on police bail pending further inquiries and are due to return on November 7.
Niall Sterry, 40, of Ilsley Road, Barton, said he "thought he was going to die" after being shot twice in the leg following violent clashes outside his home.
