BANBURY'S Castle Quay shopping centre was evacuated after a fire in underground cabling today.
Firefighters were called at 1.15pm and about 500 shoppers were asked to leave after smoke was seen in the centre.
No-one was was injured or treated by paramedics. The centre re-opened at 3.10pm.
