The driver picked up the fare from the main Oxford Brookes University campus in Headington, before taking them to Hollow Way at 1.25am When four of the men got out of the taxi and walked off, one of the passengers stayed in the back seat while the sixth walked around to the driver’s window and demanded money from him, before threatening him with a bottle.

The driver handed over about £20 in cash before driving off as the men fled into a nearby park.
