An Oxford undergraduate has appeared in court charged with the murder of a Harrow schoolmaster's daughter.
William Jaggs, 22, of Peterborough Road, Harrow-on-the-Hill, was charged with the murder of 25-year-old Lucy Braham, at a hearing in Harrow Magistrates' Court, north west London.
Jaggs, who was wearing a white shirt unbuttoned at the neck and a dark jacket and trousers, spoke only to confirm his name and address.
Jaggs was remanded in custody by Harrow magistrates to the Old Bailey to appear on January 3.
Miss Braham, a promising fashion graduate whose father is art director at Harrow, was stabbed to death in her own home in Harrow-on-the-Hill earlier this month.
