STUDENTS from the cast of The Picture of Dorian Gray visited the Ashmolean Museum’s Dutch Art Gallery to get inspiration for their performances at the Oxford Playhouse.
The play is a University of Oxford Student Company production and is a new theatrical adaptation of one of Oscar Wilde’s best-loved novels.
Jamie MacDonagh, who plays Dorian Gray – pictured front with, from left, Nouran Koriem, Jordan Waller, Henry Faber and Ziad Samaha – said: “I’m really excited to be playing such an iconic part on the Playhouse stage — it’s been daunting but thoroughly enjoyable. ”
The play opened on Wednesday and finishes tomorrow.
