THE Ministry of Defence certainly does not come out well with its thinly-veiled attempt to pressurise Cherwell District Council into waving through its planning application for Graven Hill.
The MoD is a big presence in the town and the county and, if this development is approved, there could be 2,270 new jobs for Bicester.

Working together, rather than giving the appearance of an ultimatum, is surely the more responsible way forward.
