OUR position that the Key Stage One results in our county are a disgrace has not changed.
But at least Oxfordshire County Council is taking a far stronger leadership role.
There is no magic wand, but we await the county’s initiative to start improvements with interest and hope that it gets the support it needs from heads, teachers and, crucially, parents.
