Sir – In relation to the Government’s planning reforms, your correspondent Michael Tyce (Letters, Sepember 29), who by the way should really have disclosed his role within the CPRE, accuses me and my fellow MPs of either not having read the draft planning framework, or not having understood it, or of lying.
There is of course a fourth option; that Mr Tyce is simply wrong.
