On a glorious October day both teams contributed to an entertaining set of matches. In game one City came out on top 3-0 with goals from Kyle Robertson , Jordan Smith and Mahir Karar, the goals were the result of a good all round team performance driven on by Kaine Hall. The giants worked hard with their goalkeeper producing a string of fine saves.
Game 2 produced a “cut and thrust” contest with City just coming out on top 2-1 with goals from Gavin Dykes and Callan Duckett either side of a goal from Kipp Mainstone. Both sides had chances but good goal keeping, defending and a little bit of bad luck for the forwards kept the score low.
