Nothing will stop Dominic Shadbolt from joining his family on bike rides - not even multiple sclerosis.
Dominic, 37, suffers from the debilitating neurological disease but still gets out and about on rides.
Wife Lucy, 37, and four-year-old daughter Heloise are cycling mad and Dominic rides with them on a specialist tricycle as he lies almost flat.
He said: "Cycling is a major thing for us - we go out as a family and Heloise has a bike of her own, which clips on to Lucy's.
"Lucy thinks nothing of biking from our home in Brill, near Thame, to Oxford to pick up things."
Canadian-born Dominic met Lucy eight years ago - after he watched her compete in a bike race in Checkendon, near Wallingford.
He said: "I thought she looked magnificent as she competed with a man to get to the winning line."
And three weeks later, after a whirlwind romance, they rode to Penrith, in Cumbria, to get married and then went for a bike ride to celebrate.
Mr Shadbolt runs Only Organic, an organic food box business, based in Long Crendon.
