An 18-year-old man is recovering after being stabbed outside a Littlemore pub last night.
Two men have been arrested following the incident, which happened outside the Blue Mile pub in Cowley Road, Littlemore.
The victim was taken to hospital with puncture wounds for which he required stitches.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening and he has now been discharged from hospital.
It is not yet known what sort of weapon was used in the attack, but police do not believe it was a knife.
Two men, aged 18 and 17, have been arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm and assault causing actual bodily harm.
They are being questioned and remain in police custody.
