Green spaces in Oxford Brookes University campuses have been voted among the nation’s favourites.
Two of Brookes’ campuses made the top 10 of the country’s most popular parks and green spaces in the People’s Choice Award poll.
The university’s Harcourt Hill campus took sixth place, with Headington campus coming ninth most popular in the UK.
The Old Station, Tintern, Monmouthshire, came first.
Prof Janet Beer, vice-chancellor at Brookes, said: “The recognition of two of our campuses as being in the top 10 favourite green spaces in the country is a fantastic achievement.
“The People’s Choice Award acknowledges the excellent work of our grounds staff who do a exceptional job in providing inspiring environments for our students, staff and the local community.”
