EAST Oxford people will be asked what issues they want police to tackle during a meeting tomorrow(September 20).
The public meeting takes place at 6.30pm at the St Clements Family Centre, Cross Street.
Residents will be asked what they want addressed by neighbourhood police officers. Neighbourhood policing is being rolled out across Oxfordshire and involves every local area having its own dedicated team of officers.
East Oxford's Insp Jim O'Ryan said: "In other areas people have identified anti-social behaviour or litter and vandalism as their top priorities.
"They are often quality-of-life issues which have not been adequately addressed in the past.
"We are carrying out extensive consultation with residents of East Oxford including questionnaires and will now be holding this public meeting."
East Oxford's neighbourhood officers are Pc Hannah Davies, Pc Dave Stares and Pc Al Muir.
They can be contacted on 0845 8 505 505.
