A man took part in “outrageous behaviour” during an attack at a petrol station.
At Oxford Crown Court on Friday, Adrian Ryan, 23, admitted assault by beating of Krzysztof Klimkiewicz.
The victim was attacked by three men at the BP petrol station in Oxford Road, Cowley, on February 8. Ryan, of Astrop Lane, Littlemore, denied causing actual bodily harm and the Crown Prosecution Service accepted his plea to the lesser charge.
Bailing him to be sentenced on October 7, Recorder Sandeep Kainth said: “Behaving in the way you did with two unknown compadres is completely and utterly outrageous behaviour.”
