A survey of the top 100 towns with the highest number of properties for sale costing more than £1m lists three Oxfordshire locations.
Henley is highest placed in 25th position followed by Woodstock in 79th and Watlington, at 86th.
Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire was top with 47 per cent of homes for sale costing £1m plus followed by Virginia Water in Surrey and the Hertfordshire towns of Much Hadham and Radlett where more than a third of all properties for sale had seven figure asking prices in the research by website PrimeLocation.com
