Street pastors gave out 330 lollipops and 14 pairs of flip flops to revellers in Wantage in July.
The Christian volunteers, who help drinkers get home safely, handed them out over five Friday nights and 180 hours.
The scheme, which started in 2009, helped 3,800 people during its first year. Similar initiatives are running in Oxford, Abingdon, Wallingford and Witney.
