Students from Lord Williams's, Thame, enjoyed a successful combined football and netball tour to Barbados during the summer.
Lord Bills kicked-off their football programme with a 2-0 win over Gall Hall Youth, with goals from James Bloomfield and Antony Dawson.
hey then drew 1-1 with the Barbados Under 20 side, David Burt grabbing the equaliser.
Lord Williams's next outing saw them go down 3-1 to Barbados Under 17s after Bloomfield had opened the scoring.
In a return match against Barbados Under 17s, the Thame lads gained revenge with a 4-0 win.
Dawson and Bloomfield scored solo efforts, while Ben Hewitt and Luke Fisher powered home headers .
Lord Billsthen beat Professional School 3-0, with Bloomfield, Fisher and Kevin Singleton netting.
Meanwhile, the netball A and B teams posted a brace of wins each at theSir Garfield Sobers sports complex. The A team also beat Queen's College (Bridgetown) 14-11, while the B team lost 8-6.
In their final games against Bajan club teams, the A team went down 22-14 and the B team lost 18-3.
