A 37-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault after an incident in Capel Close, Summertown, on September 8.
Daniel Gubbins, of Waterlooville, Hampshire, was charged after a 29-year-old woman was sexually assaulted. He has been bailed and will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 30.
