Villagers in Grove can hear the latest plans for Grove Library at a meeting of Friends of Grove Library to be held on Thursday, September 15, at 7.30pm at The Old Mill Hall.
The audience will hear how volunteers can be trained to help keep the library open, as Oxfordshire County Council moves to axe staff due to library budget cuts.
