An off-licence was caught selling alcohol to underage teenagers.
An employee was given an £80 fine for serving the underage girl at Spar in Minster Lovell during a test using volunteers on Tuesday night.
The team also visited four other off-licences – Lidl, Tesco Express in Edington Square and Ducklington Lane, all in Witney, and the Post Office, Minster Lovell – who refused to serve the underage shoppers.
Ch Insp Colin Paine said: “We are very disappointed to see that the Spar in Minster Lovell failed as this is the second time they have done so.Further operations will take place.”
