A man has been charged over the death of Kidlington 16-year-old Edward Lynch in a fatal crash in Deddington in April.
Glen Holburt, 53, from Duns Tew Road in Hempton, near Banbury, faces one count of causing death by driving without due care and attention while over the alcohol limit.
He was charged on Friday and bailed to attend Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 19.
The Warriner School pupil, from Kidlington, was on his moped when he was killed on the B4031 Clifton Road at 9pm on Friday, April 15.
