A BANBURY man has been charged over the death of 16-year-old Edward Lynch in a fatal collision in Deddington in April.
Glen Holburt, 53, from Duns Tew Road in Hempton faces one count of causing death by driving without due care and attention while over the prescribed limit.
He has been bailed to attend Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 19.
The Warriner School pupil, from Kidlington, was on his moped when he was killed in a crash on the B4031 Clifton Road at 9pm on Friday, April 15.
