House prices in Oxfordshire have fallen for the third successive month.
Latest official figures for July released by the Government's Land Registry show the average price of a property in the county is £235,440, down 0.4 per cent on the previous month.
Values have now dropped by £5,429 since their peak last October.
The annual rate of house price inflation is also down by 1.3 per cent.
Nationally, the average property price was £163,049, up 1.3 per cent on the June figure.
