A MAN left with serious injuries after an unprovoked pub attack in Kidlington has died today.
Michael Rogers was attacked at the Red Lion in June 2010.
Today he was pronounced dead after life support systems were switched off.
The police and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) are now re-examining the charges brought against Logan Usher, formerly of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, for the assault on Mr Rogers.
Usher, who was 21 at the time of the sentencing in May, was sentenced to two-and-a-half-years in prison after admitting causing grievous bodily harm.
Police said they were working with the Crown Prosecution Service to see if more serious charges can be brought against him.
