HORSPATH won their division for the third year in a row when they beat Wolverton Town by four wickets, while their only rivals Morris Motors Exiles lost in Division 3.
The club re-formed three years ago following its 'de-merger' with Oxford and has enjoyed nothing but success since.
By contrast, Wolverton are now heading for a second successive relegation.
Town made 221-9 thanks to Ishtak Shah (69), who hit four sixes, and Stefan Pichowski (40).
Mohsin Rana took 4-61 and then watched opener Chris Penner smash 43 in the first eight overs before Robbie Eason (45) and Phil Chanel (42no) saw Horspath home.

Morris Motors Exiles' challenge came to an abrupt halt when they crashed to a 77-run defeat at Sandford St Martin.
Put into bat, Sandford scored 201-8 and then Martin Anson (4-36) helped bowl Motors out for 124.

Aussie Will Tuffley hit 103 in Cumnor 2nd's victory over Cropredy.
Cumnor were all out in the final over for 240 before Julian Easterbrook took 5-66 as the visitors crumbled to 136 all out.

Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts' four-match winning streak came to an end when they were bowled out for 144 by Dinton 2nd.
Dave Saunders (81) had provided the backbone of Dinton's 222 all out, then Shaun Smith took 5-12 in seven overs as Nondies were dismissed for 144.
