Three 15-year-old boys have been arrested after an elderly woman was robbed in Berinsfield last night.
At about 7pm, a 77-year-old woman was robbed in an alleyway between Cherwell Road and Glyme Close.
Three boys approached her and pulled her tan-coloured handbag from her, knocking her to the floor.
Police today appealed for witnesses and issued descriptions of the robbers.
The boys were white, in their early teens, and slim. All were about 5ft 6in tall and wearing tracksuit bottoms. One was wearing a checked top with large squares.
